Suites

These suites are perfect for our guests who want an upgraded experience for them and their roommates. There are two types of suites available that we consider to be “Small” these suites are suitable to sleep 2-4. They are also suitable for small gatherings of friends (under 10 people). All suites have either a King bed or a King Murphy Bed.

These large suites are perfect for small groups of friends who want to room together during our event. Additionally, large suites are suitable for medium sized gatherings (under 20 people). All suites have either a King bed or a King Murphy Bed.

The pricing below is estimated. Before confirmation of booking, an exact price will be communicated via email.

The lottery form will be closed on 10/08/2023 AT 11:59p est. All entrants are treated equally regardless of when they applied for a suite. Winners will be notified by email that they are eligible to reserve a suite and which suite type they can reserve. Winners have 48 hours to respond with confirmation of their interest before their suite is awarded to a member on the waitlist.

Once accepted all winners will owe one night’s room cost (non-refundable) which will be withdrawn on 10/23/2023. Winners will be booked in the suite that they won and will be required to enter all pertinent information for the reservation. If the winner does not enter all pertinent information (including credit card) by 10/20/2023, the suite will be removed and awarded to a member on the waitlist.

NOTE: All lottery entrants must have a paid registration through MyFWA.com before filling out the form to be eligible for a suite. Any entrant that is not registered for FWA, will be removed. 

Winner information 

We anticipate that all winners will be notified of their suite assignment within 48 hours of the suite lottery closing. Once emailed, winners will have 48 hours to respond to our team with their acceptance of the assignment. If we haven’t heard back from the winner within this time frame, we will remove the suite assignment from the winner and award the suite to the top most member of the waitlist.

If the requested dates aren’t available for the winner’s preference, the winner will be contacted with alternative dates. The winner will still have the 48 hours to confirm or reject the suite type available.

Our goal is to award all available suites before the general room block opens. Please pay close attention to your email and respond promptly. If you’re no longer interested in the suite, please respond informing us of that.

Waitlist information 

If you don’t win a suite in the lottery, don’t fret! We will place everyone who doesn’t win on a waitlist. If a suite becomes available due to a winner either turning down the room booking or missing the response deadline, we will award suites down the wait list in order of lottery placement. Please pay close attention to your email, as we will notify waitlist members by email if they are awarded a suite. You have 48 hours to confirm your interest in the suite available.

 *IMPORTANT* Members of the waitlist should book through the general room block opening. There is no guarantee a member of the waitlist will be awarded a suite. If you’re awarded a suite after you’ve received a room, we will work with you to transfer your booking to the suite. The remaining balance of one room night will be charged within 7 days of the change.

Deposit information 

Winners will owe one night’s room booking for their reservation. Once the suite is awarded, the winner will have until 10/23/2023 to provide their payment information. The one night's room booking fee will be pulled from the payment type within 24 hours but no later then 7 days. If the winner does not provide their payment information by 10/23/2023, the reservation will be cancelled and awarded to the waitlist. If you are awarded a suite after 10/23/2023, you will have seven days to input your payment information, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

Types of Suites available

On the form, we have grouped the suites into two separate categories, Small and Large.

Small suites:

Large Suites:

These large suites are perfect for small groups of friends who want to room together during our event. Additionally, large suites are suitable for medium sized gatherings (under 20 people). There are a few different options of large suites, some that include room attached rooms and some that do not. Large Suites can sleep 2-10 based on the attached rooms chosen. All suites have either a King bed or a King Murphy Bed.

NOTE: There are extremely few suites with 2 attached rooms. Most attached rooms on suites contain a single king bed. The hotel does not offer a configuration where the two attached rooms to a suite both contain 2 double beds.
