Accessibility Registration

There is an Accessibility registration desk at the Courtland Grand Hotel in the main registration area. A satellite registration for accessibility needs is also available at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Guest Services desk on the Marquis floor.

Before You Arrive

  • Have your myFWA barcode ready.
  • Bring a valid ID that matches your registration.

Payment Info

For safety and efficiency, FWA is moving toward cashless payments via myFWA.com. Limited on-site terminals will be available that can process cash or card.

Attendee Minor Policies

All minors 17 and younger must have a signed consent form.

Ages 12 And Under

  • Consent form signed in person by parent/guardian OR notarized
  • Parent or guardian must be present at registration check-in
  • Chaperone above age of 18 must be with attendee at all times in convention space

Ages 13 to 15

  • Consent form signed in person by parent/guardian OR notarized
  • Parent or guardian must be present at registration check-in

Ages 16 & 17

  • Consent form signed in person by parent/guardian OR notarized
