What if I lose my phone / my battery dies / I forget my phone or don’t have any pockets to carry my phone after I have a time slot or waitlist entry and I can’t access my QR code?
Ask to speak to an FWA staff member at the event at the time you were supposed to arrive. They can look your entry code up by your phone number and grant you access to the queue based on your confirmed time or waitlist entry.
