What if I leave my phone on the plane/boat/train, it stops working all-together, I’m international and can’t get SMS in the US, or I can’t get / don’t want SMS for any other reason?

You may visit our ambassador desks during their open hours and they can assist you with booking a time slot and printing your QR code.
- This service is only available during our Ambassador desk open hours. We will not be able to manually book time slots after hours. Please check the app or visit one of our Ambassador desk to verify their hours for each day of the convention.
As the waitlist requires the ability to communicate with you live, it isn’t possible for the Ambassadors to enter you on a waitlist without the ability to receive SMS.
