If it’s during the event, please visit one of our Ambassador Desks located in the Marriott Marquis or Hilton Atlanta Hotel.

• Silver, Gold & Platinum sponsors will receive private QR codes with their welcome letters that will link them to sponsor-only time slots for applicable events.  The same 1 use per day or event limitation also applies to the sponsor time slots.

• You may visit our ambassador desks during their open hours and they can assist you with booking a time slot and printing your QR code.  
  • This service is only available during our Ambassador desk open hours.  We will not be able to manually book time slots after hours.  Please check the app or visit one of our Ambassador desk to verify their hours for each day of the convention.  
• As the waitlist requires the ability to communicate with you live, it isn’t possible for the Ambassadors to enter you on a waitlist without the ability to receive SMS.

• Ask to speak to an FWA staff member at the event at the time you were supposed to arrive.  They can look your entry code up by your phone number and grant you access to the queue based on your confirmed time or waitlist entry.

• If you’re later than the designated time for your time slot or waitlist entry, you’ll receive a text letting you know that your spot has been cancelled.  If you have extenuating circumstances or arrived nearly on time, please ask to speak to an FWA staff member to see if you can be worked in. 
• Our security staff scanning QR codes for queue entry cannot make exceptions, you’ll need to speak with a member of FWA staff.  We cannot guarantee late entry, but our staff will do their best to accommodate you when space and time permits.

• Unfortunately, no.  There are too many variables at play for us to be able to provide a reliable time for the waitlist.  
• We’ll bring attendees in from the waitlist as those who booked time slots don’t show up, leave early, etc.  We will do our best to get as many attendees into these popular events as possible!

• Please arrive as closely as possible!  We want to make sure as many attendees as possible get the opportunity to enjoy all of our events.  When booking a time slot, the booking page will tell you how early or late you may be for a given event.  The reminder text will also let you know how long we are able to hold your slot.

• Yes!  Simply reply to the confirmation text with the number 9.  That will cancel your spot and open it up for someone else.

• For some events, yes.  You may sign up for 1 time slot per day for the Vendor Hall & Artists Alley.  
• Additionally, you’ll only be able to sign up for 1 time slot for the Moonlight Festival
  • You may always join the waitlist for any of these events if you weren’t able to snag a time slot or you’d like to visit again, space permitting.
