The elevators are loading on the marquis and atrium floors. Your loading floor is determined by your destination floor.  Please see the elevator plan diagram.

• You can use the main elevators, the back elevators or the escalators in the back if you are able to.  Any uniformed FWA staff member will be happy to help you find the best route to get where you’re going.

They can use the back escalators

The stairwells, back escalators, and elevators for accessibility needs.

The escalators inside the Marriott are the original escalators that were installed in the hotel when it was first built in 1985. They do not have up to date features and have become increasingly unreliable, as you may have noticed at previous FWAs.

They are being replaced with new escalators that will be more reliable and have modern features like being able to be reversed to all go in the same direction to handle the movement of larger crowds.

The front escalators will not be working on any of the floors.
