The full schedule will be posted soon, but in the mean time, here’s some of our large events this year to whet your appetite!

Opening Ceremonies (Thursday, 8pm) – Kick off the con with us on Thursday night as we introduce our Guest of Honor Kyell Gold and Rukis.  We’ll give you the scoop on what’s going on at the con this year.

Fursuit Picture (Saturday, Noon) – It goes a little something like this:  we get all the fursuiters together…and we take a picture.  Not too surprising, huh?  If you’re a fursuiter, you WANT to be in this picture!

Fursuit Parade (Saturday, 1pm) – We’re pretty sure you can guess what this one is!

Laugh Out Loud Improv (Friday, 6pm.  Saturday, 4:00pm) – Georgia’s Improv troupe returns!

Matthew Ebel (Friday, 9pm) – Matthew Ebel mixes it up this year by playing his music in an entirely new style.  If you’re a fan, you don’t want to miss this!

Rock Band Tournament (Saturday, 6:00pm) – Always dreamed of being a star and rocking out in front of a live audience?  Compete in our Rock Band tournament and if you make it far enough, play Furry Weekend Atlanta’s main stage!  If you’re not a rocker, come by Saturday at 6pm to watch the rockers compete for the best performance.

Whose Line: Sketched Comedy (Saturday, 7:30pm) – One of our newer events returns again this year.  Our artist contestants will team up and draw to the audience’s whims as our moderators throw them for loops.  If you haven’t been to this, you need to.  You’ve seen improv comedy – now see improv art!

2 the Ranting Gryphon (Saturday, 9:00pm).  It’s 2.  He rants.  You laugh.  Do we really need to say anymore?

Fursuit Dance Competition (Saturday, 10:30pm)  - You’ve seen the rest now come see the best!  Fursuiters will hit the dance floor to show off their amazing moves for our panel of Judges.

Furries Got Talent! (Sunday, 3pm) – Our annual talent show returns!  Furries take to the stage to show off their voices, dance moves, skits and more!  (If you are interested in participating, please make sure to attend one of our audition sessions.  Times will be listed on the schedule.)

Dances (Thursday, 10pm.  Friday, 10pm.  Saturday, Midnight.  Sunday, 8:30pm) – Get your groove on and listen to our live DJs.

Closing Ceremonies (Sunday, 5pm) – Sadly, the convention can’t last forever.  (Our staff would lose their minds if we tried!)  Time for the post-con depression to start.  :-(  We’ll recap the convention and share our attendance numbers as well as announcing how much money we raised for our charity this year.  Oh yeah… We’ll also tell you all the theme for next year and our Guests of Honor, and there might just be another announcement too!
