The 101 Fursuiters at Furry Weekend Atlanta 2007

Here at Furry Weekend headquarters, the Furry Weekend Atlanta Fursuiting and Pawpetry Track staff members are working their tails off to provide the most exciting collection of fursuiting and pawpetry activities that can be found anywhere in the deep south.

Every fursuiter is sure to enjoy the many returning favorites, such as Team Fursuiter Games and the fursuit parade, as well as the Furry Variety Show, the late night Prowl Parade, and the relaxed "For-the-Fun-of-it" Friday night fursuit games.

Pawpeteers at FWA can also expect a lot of fun: Puppet and Plush construction is returning once again with a hands-on building segment, and there is also a puppet performance and improv workshop. Pawpeteers will be able to do acts in the Furry Variety Show, and everyone at the con is invited to watch and/or participate in the first annual Open Call Pawpet Show on Saturday morning.  And for those with an interest in puppetry and fursuiting, check out the Costume Puppet Workshop that features several hands-on activities.

What's that? You say you don't own a fursuit and have never performed in costume? Or, you don't own a puppet and have never worked with one before? That's perfectly fine, because everyone is welcome to come to our panels to learn more about fursuiting and pawpetry, and we highly encourage anyone who is not participating in our fursuiting and pawpetry activities to come out and watch - after all, having an excited audience is half the fun of performing!
